AIG is horrible

I recently lost my device on Sept 13, 2022. I filed a claim on Sept 16, 2022.
I spent 3 days trying to locate and was unable to find it.
Find My was always on but after 72 hours, it no longer shows you the location.
AIG's website says they will contact within 2 business days and I never received any email.
I have been proactively contacting AIG and they have been telling me the same story since the 18th of September.
"A Licensed Adjuster is reviewing your case and will contact you shortly"
As of this post, no one has contacted me and I've called and asked to speak to a supervisor. Apparently they are always at lunch or with other customers. They say someone will call me and then no one ever does.
