Hello im trying to use 2 sim cards but my iphone do not have the cut on the tray in the bottom side to make room for the second esim , what can I do?

Was your iPhone 13 Pro Max purchased in one of those locations?
If not, you use one SIM card and one eSIM. See: Using Dual SIM with an eSIM - Apple Support
or if purchased in the U.S. you use 2 e-SIMS.
