Pixelated display with certain apps

My display is suddenly limited to a pixelated inch-high but only with certain apps I have used for a long time -- Google Maps and Gaiagps.com. I have run disk utility and it says my display system is fine. How can I fix this?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 12.6

Thanks for your reply. I called Apple and we through many possible fixes. Finally reinstalled the entire operating system and that solved the problem.

We understand that this is an issue with the screen while using Google Maps and a third-party website, but we did not understand what you meant by 'pixelated inch-high' occurring. Is this happening with the built-in display on your MacBook Pro, or does it occur with an external display?
