Software updat
I want to update my iPhone X software with my phone cellular data, I have no one to be on WiFi with.

You will need to go somewhere you can access Wifi as iPhone X is not able to be updated using cellular data. You can go to an Apple Store and use their Wifi or any public place where Wifi is available or visit a friend.
If you own a computer with iTunes (Windows) or Finder (Mac Catalina or higher), you can update your iPhone using your computer.
