My phone says SIM card not valid, i tried all the steps & it still says the same

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15

Contact your carrier for help with their SIM. If you just changed carriers and didn't unlock your phone with your old carrier, contact them and ask them to unlock your phone.
