Tried all these steps, Instagram won’t open

I’ve done all of these steps and my Instagram still won’t open- is this a problem with a lot of Instagram users, or a problem with my phone???

Cannot open instagram on Iphone 14 Pro Recently downloaded Instagram on my new Iphone 14 pro, latest update on both Iphone and app, but when i try to open IG the screen goes black with the «loading-circle» in the middle of the screen. Instagram is not an Apple Product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or Instagram Help Center
