How to switch from iOS 16 beta to stable iOS version?

I tried many things but didn't find any help!

I deleted public beta profile and then click on check for updates but it shows the message that an error occured check later. When i download the beta profile again and then check it so it goes normal with Beta Profile. How can i transfer my phone from beta to stable version?
