Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, click here, and if your MacBook Pro is at least a 2012 model, then on the download link for Mojave.

My MacPro is a 2012 version and the current MacOS installed is High Sierra 10.13.6. The download link you provided takes me to MacOS Mojave 10.14.6. Will i be able to install that version directly without any problems or do i have to download 10.14 first before installing the 10.14.6 update?
