How to install iTunes 12.6.3?

The installer keeps showing a error. Can someone tell me how to fix it?

FWIW, if you happened to post to the High Sierra Community in error, iTunes will not install or run in macOS Catalina or later.

It's because iTunes 12.8 is the latest iTunes for macOS High Sierra.
