Trade in Kit

Hello,


I bought new iPhone on apple.de with Trade in of my old IPhone 11 Pro Max, but trade in kit is not yet received.


how should I proceed? Can I deliver the device in a physical store?

Re: trade in kit is not yet received.


We are all Apple users, like yourself ,in this community, not Apple of itself.

We have no access to your accounts or details of the transaction.

We'd like to help, however.


You might want to check your eMails for specific info. from Apple.

Eg: above FAQ's says:


How do I pack my device for trade‑in?


You’ll receive detailed instructions on how to prepare your device so you can complete your trade‑in.


If you’re trading in your device for credit towards a new one, you can choose to drop it off or schedule a courier pick-up. If you prefer to drop it off, we’ll email you a barcode you can take to the post office, where they’ll pack up your device and send it to our trade‑in partner. If you select courier pick-up, we’ll send you a trade‑in kit so you can pack up your own device, and a courier will collect it at the scheduled time.


If you’re trading in a device without purchasing a new one, you’ll use the courier pick-up method described above.

The estimated trade‑in value is valid for 14 days, and we encourage you to send the device to our trade‑in partner within this timeframe to ensure you get this value.
