I have been having trouble with my iPhone lately. 2nd time getting my phone to unavailable and getting locked out. I’ve changed my Apple ID again and I need to recover text messages from a person who is in my contacts and I’m not sure how?

Cause someone was getting into my phone and it said unavailable. I was locked out and my password didn’t work even though I wrote it down. I was on the phone with apple for 2 hours and they suggested they I change it so I did. I had to create an email that no knows as per their suggestion. I’m frustrated and annoyed !
Unavailable doesn’t mean that someone was getting into your phone. It means that you entered the wrong passcode too many times. It is not possible for anyone to get into your phone.
Changed your Apple ID? Then there’s no way to recover text messages. Why did you change your Apple ID? Apple IDs are for life; they should never be changed.
My phone was reset and the SIM card had to be reset. I need to recover text messages fro
