My Face ID suddenly stopped working and I'm unable to set it up. When I start the set up process, just a frame comes up. I line it up with my face but nothing happens. Not getting the circle image. Tried restarting, no help. iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15.7.

If that does not help, you will need to make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for a repair...

Thanks for you reply. I never received an alert of any kind. It just stopped working. I’ll have an Apple tech check it out.
