Q: XSAN 2.2 SERIAL NUMBER INVALID

hello

We have xsan 2.2.1 running on a snow leopard server 10.6.1. We had got 4 licences of xsan 2.0 Recently, we have bought 2 licences more(2.2) and we had to connect the xserver to internet to validate the 2 new xsan serial number. Now, on the xsan admin; 2 of the 6 xsan serial number appear as "invalid serial number", these serial number are from version 2.0. ¿can somebody tell me how resolve it?

¿could it be an update problem? because i'm using the 10.6.1, and now it's avalible the 10.6.4 of snow leopard server.

Is there some email to talk with somebody from apple to tell them our problem?

    Today, the xserver gave me a kernel panic.
    Please can anyone tell me if have anyone ever seen this crash report?

    Do you have Xsan support? I would suggest contacting Apple Support. 866-752-7753 is the line for Enterprise Support.

    I have the same problem in 2.1.
    Apple support ended up giving me a new number to work around the issue.
