Auto response to incoming text message

Hi team!

I run a small business with a lot of text message enquiries. I wonder, is there a way to set up an automatic response when a certain word or phrase is text through?

for example: if someone were to text through the words, make an appointment, could you create a trigger that auto texts them back with a set script?

I’m going away and although I can change my voicemail message I’d like to respond to incoming texts to let ppl know I’m away and won’t see their message

Search for apps that may do it but there is nothing in the Messages app
