My Apple Watch esim not working

Hello dear Apple team

As I’m in Qatar now I want to use my Apple Watch esim but I can’t use the esim feature with any telecom service provider here in Qatar because it’s lock with the us telecom service provider only, could you help me with this issue please.

Apple watches are regional devices

A cellular watch bought in the US will only function in North America,Canada,Mexico and Puerto Rico anywhere else it will function as a GPS only watch.

And the warranty will only be good in the U.S.
