AirPods Setup Incomplete error

My AirPods Pro Gen 1 giving “AirPods Setup Incomplete” error when I turn on Find My network. I have completed all steps guided by Apple for this case but it still is not working for me. I am using latest iOS.

It also gives “AirPods Mismatch” error briefly but that goes away after 5-10 minutes.

that said, everything else of AirPods is working perfectly fine.
