Can two phones have the same esim

Hi. I had a phone call that was for a specific organization go to another when calling out. I’ve been the victim of cyber stalking due to trust attorneys that tried killing me and I would like to know if esim can be used on 2 phones? On Friday someone dropped my cellular plan from my phone. I’ve been having a hard time getting any answers from Verizon business or them even being willing to offer 2-step without my phone number.

also, I’m seeing windows pop up on my home computer such as this and odd icons pop up on my IPhone 14 that looked like the second picture below (see keyboard data).
