Iphone x is overheating when on a call

Is it just my Iphone X or are they all getting too hot and automatically turning off the call and literally burns your hand? Sometimes i have very important calls and the phone gets too hot and ends the call in the middle of them. It takes forever to get back to normal temp. Im not sure if this is happening to anone else with an Iphone X
