Calls
When someone calls me and I decline the call it goes to my boyfriends phone. My boyfriend gets the call from the person that just tried to call me. Why does it do this?

Do you and your boyfriend use the same Apple ID on your iPhones? If YES, then that is the reason when both of you are connected to the same Wi-Fi Network.
If you do not use the same Apple ID, then this could be related to a feature activated with your carrier. For example, you can have conditional call forwarding setup with your carrier whereby if your phone is busy or goes unanswered then the call is forwarded to your boyfriend’s number. Check with your carrier on this.
