While updating itunes I got the support,apple,com.uogibe.restore message

I was updating itunes when I got the message above. I followed the instructions to try restart my phone but when I try to restart I can't. After trying to restart I get the apple logo for a second or the screen goes black and reverts back to the support.apple.com/iphone/restore. I am not sure what to do
