Apple Ultra microphone doesn't work

Brand new watch today, speaker crackles and pops and microphone doesn't work when trying a voice memo, Siri not working either. I have updated everything, turned on and off unpaired a few times. Anyone else having these problems?

Apple Watch Microphone Not Responding (watchOS 10) After upgrading my Apple Watch 7 and 8 to watchOS 10, the microphone icon doesn't respond after pressing on it. I press it continuously multiple times and for every 10 times I press it, it may work once. This issue occurred right after upgrading to the latest watchOS version. Is this a known issue with the latest software?

Apple Watch Ultra microphone problem Does anybody has an idea about following problem: Issue: Watch Ultra shows warnings out of nowhere for "loud environment +100db" while it is completely silent. After this happens, Siri does not understand commands anymore, if you try to record a voice memo no speech is to be heard in the recording but only cracking sounds. Restart / unpairing did solve the problem for the first 3 times, but failure returned every few days. 4th time the problem stayed even after unpairing and restarting it. Shutting down the unpaired watch for 24hrs did solve the problem again but failure returned 1 day later. Watch was sent to repair: Apple does not find the failure... Watch is only 3 weeks old, problem with microphone occurred after the 3rd day using it. (Watch has no damages, no contact to water, not falling to the floor, Watch OS and IOS on the latest versions) Somebody has an idea what to do?

I did, I spent several hours trying to fix it and online with them. I'm on my way to get a refund right now. Maybe I'll get another in a year after the bugs are worked out. I don't want to be involved in their R&D, just want a watch that works. I never had a problem with the 1 or 4, they both worked fine.
