Reset my iphone

I have requested through apple support on another apple device to reset my iphone 8 plus. Even though I followed all instructions, it has still failed to reset my iphone as resquested. I am attempting it another time, but what happens if it doesn't work? Again. (no way to connect disabled iphone to wifi, and no way to access iTunes or a computer.)

At this point, you will need to take this iPhone to your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for further assistance with this matter.


Alternately, you can contact Apple Support directly to arrange to have you ship your phone directly to them. To get started, just select the "Get Support" link in the upper right-hand side of this forum's web page.
