I didnt get my giftcard from buying my iPad in the educational sector

I bought an iPad in the educational sector on 31st of August and still haven’t received my gift card. It’s been over a month, shouldn’t I have already gotten it?

iPad wont redeem Apple gift card Since the latest update, my iPad will not redeem an Apple gift card! I purchased one yesterday, and assumed it was a problem at the store, so I returned it this morning and got another one, came home and I’m having the exact same problem. HELP!
