BNIB iPhones trackable

My brand new In box fully sealed iPhone 14 pro max was stolen and I don’t know the imei or the serial number. Since, it was brand new Find my is also not activated.

Is there a way Police or Apple can somehow track the product using the warranty or any other way.

Tracking stolen iPhone and Mac My iPhone and MacBook got stolen in a robbery a day ago. Is there any way to trace or track it? I have the imei number. I have tried the iCloud/finder but it says that all devices are offline. any useful tip here would highly be appreciated
