I just received my iPhone 14 Pro two days ago and it's running iOS 16.0.2 and it has been a seamless migration from my 12 Pro...except! Now when I try to add my Regal movie tickets to Apple Wallet (which worked perfectly on my iPhone 12 Pro) it returns, "Sorry, an unknown error occurred." I tried deleting and reinstalling the Regal app, no luck. Anyone have ideas???

Congratulations on your new iPhone 14 Pro. Let's get your Wallet app working as it had been. Have you followed the steps here? Add, use, and share boarding passes, tickets, and other passes in Apple Wallet
If reinstalling the app did not work for you, we recommend contacting the app developer for guidance: How to contact an app developer
