This feature, flat-out, DOES NOT EXIST IN THE CURRENT BUILD OF IOS!

It’s not your Wi-Fi password. It is your router’s Wi-Fi password. By default, it will be on a sticker on the router unless it was intentionally changed. Raicya explains how to find out what it is if you have iOS 16, but it is still your router’s password, not your password.
Unless you are asking what the Wi-Fi password is for your personal hotspot. You can find that by going to Settings/Cellular/Personal Hotspot.
The current build is iOS 16.0.3 and it certainly DOES exist in 16.0.3, as Raicya said
