If not S3 then what series, what model phone and iOS version, and what happens when you try to update.

We understand that your Apple Watch won't update. Can you tell us what happens?

To ensure the update is ready to be installed, make sure that you have the lashes version of iOS installed on the paired Apple Watch in Settings > General > Software.

Apple Watch should be connected to Wi-Fi and charged to at least 50% with the paired iPhone within 30 feet.

If you do not have enough space on Apple Watch, remove music, photos, and apps. Restart Apple Watch and proceed with the update.

If you don’t have enough space to update your Apple Watch

One you have met the requirements mentioned and connected to a reliable network, the update can complete.
