My iPhone is blocked. It says come back in five hours or eight hours or whatever but every time I do it says the same thing it won’t let me enter a passcode or anything suggestions? This is regarding an iPhone X backed up by iCloud.

My iPhone is locked it says come back again in five hours but when I do that it’s still blocked help?
