All of a sudden my ask permission is not coming to my phone when my child want to download something

When my child ask for permission to download or buy something it’s not coming to my phone anymore at one point it was coming until yesterday what do I do?

Ask permission not working. I cannot install apps on my daughters phone. ask permission comes up and she has the option to ask but the notification never goes to my phone. I’m signed in with my Apple ID login. I’ve tried to turn on ask permission and then turn it back off. I’ve reset my phone and my daughters phone a number of times nothing seems to work. I do not receive ask permission for kids to install new apps I am not getting the request for my kids to install new application. Although i have it activated from my setting, for a while i only received it on my ipad but not my telephone.
