Help exchanging or returning duplicates yellow watch bands

Return or exchange yellow 49mm watch. The watch I ordered has a yellow band. I also order two other bands. One was also yellow. I want to return or exchange it for the dark ocean blue band. Whenever I try to return or exchange it says I'm timed out. I tried the day I got the 2 extra bands. I don't even have my watch yet. I don't want two of the same yellow bands.
