Hi cecile73

We'd like to help get you a solution for this pop-up. CardDAV is a protocol for syncing contacts. It's a lot like an IMAP email account, which most email service providers use today. If you're using multiple accounts for contacts on your iPhone, you might want to check and ensure that all the passwords are right. To check, go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts and check each one that's configured. You can also see which of those configured accounts uses which synced service, such as mail, contacts, or calendars. A little more overall info on all that can be found in Manage and delete contacts on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. If you continue to need assistance with this, we recommend contacting Apple Support.
