I couldn't find a list authored by Apple of all the European countries in which HomePod Mini has been released, but in March this year AppleInsider in this article listed Austria, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Spain, the U.K., and the thee new countries to the list: Belgium - the Netherlands, and Switzerland - as territories in Europe in which the device is available.
