Is there a Stress Measure now in Health app with the newest update of Apple Watch ios?

Im using the Series 8 Apple watch

In the Apple Watch app on my iPhone, I do not see a measurement stress. Also no measurement in the Health app. However, there is an app available for your Apple Watch that is highly rated. You may want to check it out.

I checked it and it is paid subs. Im not sure why they dont have it in the health app. Im using the watch
