Because it’s not FaceTime. It’s the Viber app.
Probably you made a video call using Viber recently.
Touch and hold the icon you will see other options.
How do I change that viber to IPHONE FaceTime? Because when I do FaceTime it goes to viber. I don’t know how it got to change to VIBER icon into my regular FaceTime for my iPhone

I touched the icon it only gave 2 choices both says VIBER. NO VIDEO SELECTIONS. I really appreciate you helping me trouble shouting this issue.
Depending on where you got that phone, it may not have FaceTime on it. FaceTime is banned or restricted in some countries in the Middle East.
I had my FACETIME and have been using it so many years. I bought my iPhone in Los Angeles California where I lived for 45 years.
