I'm trying to use a new iPad however the system keeps pointing me to a "new" iPad wit a new AppleID rather than my original one.

How do I use an original Appleid rather than the one I was given with the "new" iPad? (the "new one" contains an iCloud13 forcing me to use apps associated with "carussellsr13" rather than my original AppleID (carussellsr)?

How do I revert to my original AppleId rather than the one being given to me for new apps on my new iPad?

You are not given a new Apple ID, you must have created a second ID. You can log out of the Apple ID in Settings > Name. Sign out.
