Since you don’t have a “required device” it sounds like you don’t have a “credit card” …

… but rather have an “Apple Line of Credit,” usable only at Apple Stores and Online.

Without a “Required Device” you’re ineligible to receive a Titanium Card per the terms of the agreement.
