Group messaging not sending after upgrade to 16.0.2

After recent update on IPhone 13, updated to 16.0.2, group messaging no longer works. After some playing, I can get it to work only if I disable Wifi, reboot the phone. As long as WiFi is disabled, the messages send just fine. The issue never existed prior.

I took a look online and tried a few suggestions but nothing resolved the issue. I use group messaging all day, every day and now just can't have WiFi enabled anymore.

I tried enabling/disabling MMS, iMessages, changing configuration, same problem persists.

When is the next update to fix this bug?

iPhone 13, iOS 16

It worked perfectly fine up until the update, iMessages worked perfectly fine also. After the update every group txt fails.

Not a carrier issue, the update broke the functionality.

IF that were true everyone who updated would have issue with MMS, your theory is flawed.

Imessage which is a Apple feature is working on your phone, so nothing to do with the IOS update.

Again call your phone carrier MMS is their feature.
