Can I upgrade the OS on my iMac 21.5" late 2009? It was upgraded once to High Sierra 10.13.6. Can I upgrade further to Mojave or Big Sur?

Can I upgrade the OS on my iMac 21.5" late 2009 computer? It has been upgraded one to High Sierra 10.13.6. Can I upgrade to Big Sur or Monterey?

Unfortunately, no. macOS High Sierra is the newest version of macOS your iMac can run.
