I will be staight-foward: I just want to know if there's a way to view SMB logs in Console over the time I have my system installed. Plus, I want check if someone tried to connect with my machine with my credentials and how to check them in Console app.

I wish I could understand what is mean to be.
And when in Console "smb" did not return results. How can I read this? Again, I want see if Console shows other Windows machines tried to connect to my Mac. I think I made myself clearer now.
In Terminal type...
who
Open Console.app, type smb into Search field.
Terminal shows that just one person has logged in since last startup.
In Console did you highlight your whole Mac on the top left???
It may not be SMB you're looking for try searching /var/log for maybe sharing.
But Logs aren't what they used to be for us. :(
