Hello! I need to update the iOS of my iPhone 6 but I can’t. Could you please do this from your side or enable me to do it easier. My what app is going to be stopped soon because of lack of update and I am so worried. Regards

An iPhone 6 isn't capable of 13 or above. If you're trying to update it to 12.5.6, describe what happens in this thread.
