Can’t call/text android phones from my iPhone
Does anybody know why an iPhone is unable to contact an android user by phone or text?

Add and use contact information on iPhone - Apple Support -- If the issue only involves one Android user, confirm the information on their contact card. If the information appears correct, please make a note of their information, then delete their contact card and restart your iPhone. Once it’s back to the Home screen, re-add the contact information and test the issue again.
