If i make delete of e mail since 4 days and i suddenly found many of my contacts have been deleted,,what i can do to restore all of that again,,

Did you delete a single email or did you delete an email account? If you deleted an email account, then you will have to add that back to your iPhone so that the contacts can be synced again. This is because those missing contacts were probably associated with that deleted email account/address.
