Push notifications

I recently installed AccuWeather and it said Push Notifications were turned off and I should go to Settings and turn them on. I went to Settings and Notifications are turned on in general and for AccuWeather specifically, but I haven’t seen anything specifically about Push Notifications in awhile. I know you used to be able to turn them on for always or off and set Fetch up for every 15, 60 minutes, etc. Anyway, I can’t find that setting anymore. Is this app just not up to date or am I missing something?

The Push and Fetch notifications are in the settings of the Mail app.

The apps that notify, outside of an email, all use Push notifications. If the app’s notification setting is set to ON then you are all set.
