[iphone 14] battery widget lockscreen not showing Bluetooth anymore

I see all available widgets when adding with + on one of the pages. When it comes to the always on display it’s not working anymore. I only see there the iPhone battery… Anyone with same problem? Currently running iOS 16.0.2

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16

Hi there, ChrisBee85.

It sounds like you may not be seeing Bluetooth devices battery percentage in the battery widget on the Lock Screen of your iPhone 14 Pro.

If you haven't already, you could see if restarting your iPhone 14 Pro may help refresh the iOS and resolve this issue: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Also, to confirm, does the Bluetooth device show as connected in Settings > Bluetooth? If it's not connected, that could be why it's not showing on the widget properly.

Can you also clarify which device or devices are not showing properly? Your answers can help us determine possible next steps.

Take care!

ChrisBee85,

Thanks for the details. We'd like to learn more to see how we can help. Are you following the steps below to add the widget to your Lock Screen?

1. Touch and hold the Lock Screen until the Customize button appears, then tap Customize.
2. Tap the box above or below the time to see the widgets that you can add to your Lock Screen.
3. Tap or drag the widgets that you want to add.
4. Tap Done.
If there’s not enough room for a new widget, you can tap the Remove button  to remove a widget and make room for the one you want to add.

You'll find these steps and more information here: How to add and edit widgets on your iPhone - Apple Support

Next, let's make sure you have Allow Access When Locked turned on with these steps:

View widgets when iPhone is locked
1. Go to Settings  > Face ID & Passcode (on an iPhone with Face ID) or Touch ID & Passcode (on other iPhone models).
2. Enter your passcode.
3. Turn on Today View and Search (below Allow Access When Locked).

View this information here: Add widgets on iPhone - Apple Support

Let us know how it goes.

Cheers!

I did that already and it did not help. I only don’t see the headphones battery widget when I try to add on the lock screen. But I see it when I try to add it for other screens. It showed once before but suddenly it’s not working anymore. My headphones are Bang & Olufson h95 but that should not matter because like I wrote it shows up for other screens
