Billing Payment Problem/ Edit Payment Method

Hello,

I cannot seem to find a solution to fixing the billing problem notification that I get when trying to download (free) apps. I have read that you must change your payment method. However, when I try to do this the “edit” button is grey and won’t let me click on it. I have tried both from settings and the Apple Store to correct this issue please let me know if there is any way to resolve this issue.

Hello ~ What is the exact message you are getting? Have you taken a look here? If you add a new payment method ….add new card first the remove the old….


Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods


If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
