CarPlay not showing up in settings

I can not find the CarPlay settings anywhere in my iPhone 11pro running iOS 16.0.2

I have checked the restrictions (there are none) and I even tried to see if I could add a restriction for CarPlay bit it is not even listed as a possible restriction.

I have tried turning off the iPhone, I have checked that Siri is on, etc.

(Just got a car with CarPlay...)
