Hi Mazharuddin,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! Does this happen with multiple contacts or a specific contact? Also, does this happen in a specific location?

You may need to reach out to your carrier to confirm there are no outages in the area.

You can also try the following :

  1. Check for any carrier settings updates by going to Settings > General > About while connected to Wi-Fi or cellular. If an update is available, it will pop up here. Follow the onscreen instructions to install it. Check out: Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support.
  2. Confirm the iOS on your device is up to date. You can check for any updates that need to be installed by going to Settings > General > Software Updates.
  3. Reset your network Settings. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Keep in mind that this step will remove all current network settings including Wi-FI passwords and VPN settings.
