Apple Watch - “Perfect for family members without an iPhone thanks to Family Setup.”
it seems that this option (to set up watch for children or elderly who don’t have an iPhone) is not available in Italy.
Why not? Is in the works?
Correct Family setup is not supported in Italy. See near the end of the following. The beginning covers cellular support but the later list countries that support Family setup:
