Flickering videos on twitter
Someone posted about flickering videos on twitter in 2020. Am experiencing same issue with iPhone 14 Pro Max. I doubt it’s a twitter issue but one that Apple need to look into

You could also test deleting and reinstalling the app. Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support, Redownload apps and games from Apple - Apple Support
