Hello, I order new Iphone 14 pro max 256 at 1 October. After order nothing happened. Don't pay from my card. I am so confused. Can you check my order is active or tell me it's status?

If you ordered directly from Apple you should receive emails at the email address that is your Apple ID. If you have multiple emails, please check them all, including Junk and Trash folders. If you you ordered through a phone carrier or other reseller, only they can provide status updates. Those emails have an estimated delivery date.
